Terms of Service

Vampauth is a key-management platform. Developers register projects, configure checkpoint flows, and issue time-limited keys bound to hardware. Users complete those checkpoints to receive a key for a free script. The platform is free; Vampauth earns an agreed share of ad-network revenue from completed checkpoint links.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vampauth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account. One person — one account: don't share access, sell accounts, or let someone else operate yours.

Your project's auth secret signs your script's requests. Treat it as a secret and rotate it if it leaks.

Keys are locked to the hardware that first activates them. This is a core protection for developers. You may not redistribute, share, or brute-force keys, and you may not attempt to defeat or bypass hardware binding. If we detect keys being shared or intent to bypass binding, we may revoke those keys or the account behind them.

A checkpoint flow is a sequence of third-party ad or offer links that must be completed before a key is generated. Developers control the number and order of checkpoints. We route users to those networks only through the configured links; what happens on a third-party site is between you and that site's operators, not Vampauth.

Scripts you upload remain yours. By uploading one, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or law. You're responsible for your scripts and for the projects they power — including how keys and checkpoints are presented to users. We reserve the right to remove content that breaks the law or these terms.

You won't use Vampauth to distribute malware, phishing, or anything that harms its users; to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; to probe or attack the infrastructure; to evade rate limits; or to otherwise break the law. Accounts found doing any of this can be suspended without notice.

The platform is free for developers, and no fees are charged for issuing or redeeming keys. Where checkout flows generate ad-network revenue, Vampauth and the developer share it under terms agreed within the dashboard. There is no paid plan, and we have no plans to turn one on.

We work to keep Vampauth fast and reliable, but we make no guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent. Checkpoint availability for a script is controlled by the script's developer, not by us.

Vampauth is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scripts and their behaviour are provided by independent developers; Vampauth isn't responsible for what they do with their keys or scripts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vampauth is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost keys, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of ad revenue you earned through Vampauth in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Vampauth and delete your account at any time, which removes the account and its data from the system.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, harm the platform or its users, or interfere with the checkout flow. On termination your access ends and your keys stop being validated.

We may update these terms as Vampauth evolves. When we do, the date above changes and, for material changes, we'll surface them in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
